Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be a resident of West Bengal
- They must be a student of Class 9, 10, 11, or 12.
- They should be enrolled in a Government or Government-Aided school
- The annual family income should be within the limit set by the government
- They should not have received similar financial help
- They must have an active bank account in the student’s name
Taruner Swapna Self Declaration Form Process and Submission
- Firstly, collect the self-declaration Form known as Annexure F from your school
- After that, Fill in all your personal details as mentioned in the form like your name, class, roll number, school name, district, and address and also provide your bank account number, IFSC code, and name of the bank
- Then Sign the declaration that the details you have provided are true and attach required documents like Aadhaar card, school ID, and bank passbook copy
- After all completing all these steps visit the https://selfdeclaration.wb.gov.in portal. And login with OTP.
- Click on Upload Self Declaration Form or Student Login
- Then Enter your Student ID, Date of Birth, and Captcha Code
- After login Upload the scanned copy of your signed and verified form
- And click on submit, you will get a confirmation message once your upload is successful.
- Once your form is uploaded, the Education Department will verify all your details and if everything provided by you is correct then government will grant Rs10000 directly into your bank account.
